Our Past Experiences
Paramount Associates (formerly K.K. Properties, Company) was founded by Mr. Krishan Kumar Lohia in 1993. We are among the land consolidators for ITC, DLF, Ambience, Silver glades, Country Club, Emmar MGF, and M3M etc., Paramount Associates is the name to reckon in the field of Real Estate Consultancy with three decades of experience behind it. Having made its mark in the same field, now the organization wants to diversify its offerings in the field of Real Estate.
We are well regarded for our Real Estate Services. It has been 24 years since we have been in the business of real estate, and our main aim is to help our clients fulfill property pleasure all across the country. We take an active interest in all aspects and of the properties that we control so that the right customers go to the right properties.
In 2005, Mr. Surender Lohia has joined Paramount Associates. He began his journey with well known developers in Delhi; NCR such as – Sahara Group; Spaze Tower Pvt. Ltd; and Dimensions Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (Wealth Management). Here he practiced his knowledge to invest in the field of Residential and Commercial given opportunity.
With all of those capable personalities in one proud real estate association, no amount of commercial or residential needs are unmanageable to us in Delhi and NCR with many options from some prestige developers of this country like – DLF, Godrej Properties, Central park, M3M, AIPL, Supertech, ATS, Puri Constructions etc.
We believe that our focus while acting on project services is to always to return more, than the initial costs our clients paid us and demonstrate good, acceptable returns through the real estate services we provide to them.
At Paramount Associates, we always make real estate services a priority until our client is satisfied and contented just to spend a large portion of their life in our properties. With the amount of time and experience we have in the real estate, we have learnt that dealing in properties will never be an easy one day servicing. There are always many functional aspects to accomplish, like the buying and selling of properties, the renting of a property, tons of paperwork, building a home, the construction, finding buyers, sourcing properties and risk management of potentially large sums of cash transaction known in sites like property. Now after obtaining valuable experience, we are now capable of responding all these responsibilities on our shoulders with long term experience.

FOUNDER
Mr. Krishan Kumar Lohia
It was the year 1996 when Mr. Krishan Kumar Lohia started Paramount Associates. With this longer-term experienced the real estate, today, Mr. Krishan is one of the biggest Land Consolidators for ITC, DLF, Silverglades, Ambiance, M3M, and Country Club. He is specialized in Real Estate for Agricultural Lands and Farm Houses. Mr. Krishan has a passion for the land business and he knows the right way for the quality check of lands. Every person connected with him is satisfied with the lands they are dealing in. He understands the need for lands and how people invest their hard-earned money to purchase a piece of land for their family businesses, houses, and other reasons. This is the reason why Mr. Krishan takes a personal interest in preparing the lands before presenting it in front of the clients. He is full of passion and highly committed to his profession. They way building blocks are important for the building to stay for a longer period of time. In the same way, Mr. Krishan is the most prominent personality of Paramount Associates”.

Mr. Surender Lohia
One of the most admirable and prominent personalities at Paramount Associates is Mr. Surender Lohia. He is the jack of all trades when it comes to Real Estate. He is one of the biggest supports for this remarkable real estate association. He has always been good at academics and the choice of studies has helped Mr. Lohia in building the stepping stones of Paramount Associated with his skills and business-minded personality. With his experience in Real Estate, he has built a strong business personality intellectually and is capable of always making the right decisions for Paramount Associates when it comes to the land business. At the starting of his career, Mr. Surender worked as an efficient Developer based in Gurugram for around 3 years. Then he worked with a Wealth Management Company for around 4 years. There he handled the Real Estate Portfolio for HNI’s NRI Clients. And then finally in the year 2012, Mr. Surender Lohia joined Paramount Associates after completing 7 years in the field as a Developer and Wealth Management Co-coordinator. At Paramount Associated, Mr. Surendra Lohia is always present as a pillar and specializes in Real Estate Investment, Selling Land, Purchasing Land, Renting Land and other real estate services”.

Mr Arjun Lohia
Mr. Arun Lohia has every intellectual expertise which a property business requires. He is ambitious and passionate about his career in the Real Estate Industry. He has done his schooling from the Sherwood Convent, Gurugram and then his BBA from IIPM. These degrees have supported him throughout his establishment as a realtor in the field of the land business. He is perfect in client management and takes a personal interest in fulfilling the land requirements of his clients. He has gained these highly appreciable abilities after completing his MBA from IIPM and working as a Gurugram based developer for more than 2 years. His excellence in the Real Estate understanding is the outcome of his experience of working in another Real Estate Company where he handled portfolio for their clients. It was then 2016 when Mr. Arun Lohia joined Paramount Associated and today he is one of the most important members of this Real Estate Company. He is highly compatible when it comes to giving a good competition to the other Realtors in the town and he has a special interest in Warehousing, Farm House, Retail Shops and Commercial properties”.
